This is an acrylic tree ring pour painting. I did this fluid art on a 16x20 inch (40x50cm) canvas. I was very surprised how this painting turned out. It dried very smoothly. I start pouring the tree ring at 1:38. The video is at 4x speed. I was not happy with the way the white turned out. Speaking of running out of stuff, I also ran out of Floetrol before I started mixing my paint. I had some Glue All, so I used that instead. I don’t usually use Glue All. It really threw me off when mixing my paints, but things turned out okay. Now for The recipe. Frankenstein Recipe: 1 part paint 1 part Liquitex pouring medium 1 part Glue All Mix (70% Glue All and 30% Water) Thinning Mix to desired consistency (2 parts water and 1 part Liquitex Pouring Medium) This recipe required a lot more thinning mix than I am use to using.
