Wow, this took a LOT of editing time! While I'm glad that we recorded my talk in the TOOOL Lockpick Village, as you can see in the first minute of footage in that room, the projector screen was totally blown out and not visible in the recording I snagged. So, like a complete crazy person, I exported all of my PowerPoint to individual images and then superimposed them over the captured footage in post-production. Y'all know my absolute lack of production skills, so this was a ton of effort... for a video that about 12 of you are going to watch. 😂 In any case, I'm really happy that I had such a packed house and a kind audience both for my lecture and the subsequent hands-on session the next day. Thank you to EVERYONE who came up and said hi to me at Black Hat and DEFCON, you're all marvelous and it was wonderful meeting each and every one of you. We learn about tubular locks, some fun history, a couple of good stories, and then at a table I discuss how to approach lock research if you get your hands on some unknown hardware.
