According to James Thompson its needed three kinds of people in terms to move development forward: Investors, entrepreneurs and subject matter experts. One of the important keys to success that he mentions is getting together the people who have the need with the people who have a potential solution. Aleks Merhle says that success does not come from institutions but from individuals, and empowerment comes from teaching people the entrepreneurial spirit that then becomes the catalyst to achieve success.
