You’ll be the kind of operator who runs a smooth ship, keeps standards high, and can confidently partner with the owners to deliver a strong results each season. Key parts of the role include: • leading the daily operation (planning, prioritising, executing, and following through) • keeping animal health and stock performance front and centre • maintaining a tidy, well-run shed and farm presentation • managing the seasonal workload (calving, mating, young stock, and wintering coordination) This opportunity could also suit a working couple who want to both be hands-on in the business and share responsibility for day-to-day operations.
