Creating Collaborative, Shared Research Initiatives with Colleagues: Strategies and Approaches

Early career investigators must be able to both lead research teams and collaborate as a research team member. This process is made even more challenging by an academic system that promotes competition between researchers, and rewards individual researchers for principal investigator grants and first-authored publications. In this webinar, we will explore strategies for creating collaborative and sustainable qualitative research partnerships with early career and senior investigators. We will share the unique approaches we have developed to engage in collaborative research together, while simultaneously developing our own unique areas of research specialization within the field of arts-based research.
