The Almuhibbah Foundation in collaboration with Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACRESAL), a World Bank intervention programme, has organized a three-day training for 300 women across the 20 local government areas of Bauchi State. The training focuses on regenerative agriculture and home-based farming as part of efforts to promote food security, environmental restoration, and economic independence for women. Executive Director of Almuhibbah Foundation, Dr. Ladi Ibrahim Thomas, says the programme is designed to build resilience and ensure beneficiaries step down the knowledge to others in their communities. The initiative forms part of broader efforts to empower women and strengthen climate-smart agriculture practices in Bauchi State.
