The Row n Ride Squat Assist Trainer by Sunny Health & Fitness delivers an unexpectedly intense workout. Using the Row n ride was a pleasant surprise. I had every intention to give the row n ride a terrible review...until I used it. Just looking at it I was sure it was a gimmick like those ridiculous ab machines or the total gym xtreme. The row n ride looks like a piece of crap with a million dollars worth of marketing behind it, the kind of thing they pay fit people to use in order to sell false hope to your average fitness hopeful wanting to get in shape. Yes, it's hard to believe, but the Sunny Health & Fitness Row n Ride Squat Assist Row n Ride Trainer actually delivers a decent workout for people of all fitness abilities. Trust me, I'm as surprised as you are. The row n ride looks like one of those gimmicky fitness contraptions straight out of the 90's. It is entirely possible that it is completely by fluke that it's awesome. Either way, let the good times row. NOTE: I am NOT an affiliate and didn't get JACK SHIT for doing this review. I am just an independent fitness enthusiast who would like to help as many people as I can get a great deal on fitness equipment so they can get in shape and be healthier by doing more cardio.
