The famous "Tikino oro" by the great Ferus Mustafov, which was released on the album "Ansambl Ferus Mustafov: ora I čočeci" in 1987 by Jugoton, became a great success at dances and festivals in the Florina region. In the 1990s, it was frequently played by the orchestra "Ta Aidonia." In the Florina region, Zaramo (za ramo, meaning “from the shoulders”) refers to the Hasapiko dance, which is very popular and traditionally starts slowly before accelerating — similar to many dances from Macedonia and Thrace. In the fast section, two well-known melodies can be heard: Užičko kolo, one of the most beloved tunes across the Balkans, named after the Serbian city of Užice. It was composed by the then-Yugoslav accordionist Milija Spasojević and was released in 1962 by Diskos. The melody from the song "Trgna mi Lenka na vodenitsa" (translated as "Lenka goes to the watermill"), which was recorded by the duo Sarievski-Ilieva in 1965. The music was composed by Angel Nancevski, with lyrics by T. Cerepovski, and the song was released by PGP (Produkcija Gramofonskih Ploča).
