Sunday on our farm means turning the dogs loose, checking the fields from the tractor seat, and sneaking back to the river to see if the shad have started their annual run. We made a few rounds around some of the farms, enjoyed a little "quality control" seat time in the 8300 then slipped back to the river to catch what we thought might be the first shad of the year. Something about that first shad of the year makes it officially feel like spring has officially started. This is real life on our farm - no script - just dogs running, diesels humming, and river water moving. If you enjoy life on the farm and the outdoors, you are in the right place.
