A conventional two piece design for Immediate Functional Loading Implantology. New HC2 implant is now available with aggressive apical thread and no-itis® surface as a result of many years of clinical observation of products, Simpladent GMBH has revised the design of the famous HC2 implant: the broadened apical thread is fully self-cutting and carries the Yellow NO-ITIS® Surface. Thanks to the new thread portion, the implant is more stable even in weak bone and high insertion torque can be reached. If the implant is anchored in the 2nd cortical, it may be used in immediate load protocols. Advantages:- Here all the shortfalls of conventional design is been addressed and improvised . Its smooth surface noitis® cortical threads increases primary stability but resisting retrograde implantitis and reverse taper cervical threads preserving the crestal bone supporting gingival biotype and enhanced aesthetics. Multiple abutment options with various angulations is been available with multiunit successfully completing the need of the site and the patient .
