Hi my dear friends! In this video is all about house plant care during winter, so I will share with you 7 houseplant care winter tips :). Let's go! Plant care is really self care, and just like with us, house plants care in winter changes a little. Since most of our houseplants are indoor plants, they will suffer some of the changes that we do at our homes in order to keep warm (like turning on the heating vents). Because of this, plant care during winter will require us to do some things differently. House plant care in winter is different for each plant, but some things may be similar. For example, keeping our tropical plants away from windows with drafts, or raising humidity around them of course :). House plants in winter also tend to need more light (as the sunlight will be lower during the winter months), so we need to make sure we move our indoor plants in winter closer to the window (as long as they are not too close). As you will discover, winter care for plants and specifically winter houseplant care, is actually a little bit simpler than during the growing season. This is because houseplants go dormant in winter. So I hope these will help you keep your houseplants in winter healthy and happy :)
