This mold has a simple design and is easy to make, here is the list of supplies: 1 square of plywood big enough for the pieces 2 6 inch bolts 4 washers 2 wing nuts 4 small hinges Cut the plywood into the following pieces 1 17.5 inch x 6.5 inch (bottom) 2 17.5 inch x 4.5 inch (sides) 2 4.5 inch x 3.75 inch (ends) Drill 2 holes in each side 1.5 inches from edge in the center. Attach the two sides to the bottom with hinges 1 inch from the edge. insert bolts, washers, and wing nuts. Insert the end pieces and tighten your bolts. Line your mold as you would any other wooden mold. When you are ready to remove your soap, unscrew your bolts and open the sides of the mold for easy release! Investing in a good quality saw will really make this project easier, at some parts you see me struggling, and this is because the saw I used did not make even cuts.
