In this video we leave Manila and head to the province of Laguna Philippines where we stop in Nagcarlan and have an amazing time. After trying Buko pie in Los Banos we head to Nagcarlan. This amazing little town is full of amazing people who are so warm, friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. We meet the local police chief, sergeant, and traffic enforcer. They were such nice people! After meeting the Chief Of Police, we walk across the street and Tony gets his haircut by a local barber. Rico Castillo of Castillo's barber shop gives Tony one of the BEST haircuts he has had in his life. You'll never believe how long Rico has been cutting hair!
