This creamy delicious and rich peanut butter icing spreads wonderfully on any cake or you can pipe it on a cake or cupcakes and it goes really well with either Vanilla, Chocolate or a Fudge cake. Ingredients list For one recipe to cover a 9 x 13 sheet cake 1 pound confectioner sugar One stick of butter, softened to room temperature 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon of a very good vanilla extract About a 1/3 a cup of heavy whipping cream more or less in 1 tablespoon increments Double for a larger cake.
