How to Make Cheese Garlic Bread [ASMR] Ingredients Dough 100g flour (½ cup) 5g instant dry yeast (½ tbsp) 5g sugar (½ tbsp) 3g salt (½ tsp) 10g olive oil (1 tbsp) 60 ml lukewarm water (¼ cup) Garlic Sauce 5g peeled garlic (5-6 cloves) 10g butter (1 tbsp) 15g cream cheese (1 ½ tbsp) Topping 150g mozzarella (1 cup) 15g parmesan (1 tbsp) Dry thyme 210°C for 10 mins Tray size= 38x26 cm Mayonnaise 1 egg 150 ml oil 5g white vinegar (1 tsp) 5g lemon juice (1 tsp) 3g salt (½ tsp) 5g hot sauce (1 tsp) How to Cook Garlic Bread Preheat the oven to 210°C. Take the flour into the mixing bowl. Add lukewarm water, sugar, yeast and salt to the bowl and mix the dough with a spatula and knead it about 10 min. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour. Uncover the dough that has doubled in size. Put the dough on the counter and start roll out. (about half a cm thick, an average of 30-40cm wide) Place it in the baking tray. Peel the garlic and mash it. Then add the garlic and cream cheese to butter and mix. Put the garlic mixture, mozzarella cheese, parmesen cheese and dry thyme on it. Bake in the oven at 210°C for 10min. Take it out of the tray and it is ready to serve. Mayonnaise Dip Crack the egg into the cup. Add the oil, vinegar, lemon juice and salt to it.
