Every quarter, I review my progress against my annual goals for all areas of life 📈 Back in June I shared a summary of my goals for Q3, with the key priority of balancing continued business growth with making quality time for friends and family during my trip back to Europe ⚖️ I’m chuffed with my progress, both against the key summary goals and in terms of my progress towards my annual goals 💪 Some highlights from Q3 for each life area were: 💚 Relationship Quality trip home to Europe 🇪🇺 💚 Family Took Mum to meet Galway fam 🇮🇪 Coldplay & WHU with Dad 🏟️ Met Aunt for first time! Sis moved into Sydney flat 🏠 👨👩👧👦 Mates Awesome mate’s wedding ⛪️ French exchange trip 🇫🇷 London reunion 🤝 🚀 Professional Development Balanced business growth & travels ⚖️ Filled out spaces in Aug 📋 Daily reels 📱 📚 Personal Development Read 7 books (1 French) 📚 French immersion week 🇫🇷 Passion Projects Movember Aus ambassador 🥸 ⚽️ Physical Health Squat PBs 🏋️ Healed broken nose 🙏 👃 🎪 Experiences Europe trip 🇪🇺 Lions, State of Origin & Sydney FC games 🏟️ Spontaneous Ziggy & Coldplay gigs 🎙️ I think it’s so important to take moments to reflect on how far you’ve come, not only to give yourself a pat on the back, but also for motivation going forward ⏩ Q4 will be all about getting back into a solid routine with my business, while making time for passion projects and bouncing prioritising my physical health as I bounce back from my broken nose ⚖️ I’ll keep following the same proven 360 system of translating annual goals into weekly actions and sharing my progress by following the 4 simple steps of 📈 1️⃣ Split your life into different areas 2️⃣ Select areas to focus on 3️⃣ Set 1-3 key goals for those areas 4️⃣ Simplify it into smaller actions which you schedule Take a moment to reflect on your wins from Q3, set some clear goals for Q4 and follow @georgehearn_ for tips on hitting these goals 🎯 #lifestyledesign #goals #growth #selfdevelopment #lifecoaching #habits #productivity #selfhelp #quarterlyreview #personalgoals
