We spent the day exploring one of the most modern and surprising areas in the Philippines. We walked through Bonifacio High Street and Burgos Circle, watched the fountain show at Uptown Mall, and ended the night at Manam trying Filipino favorites like sisig, pork adobo, mango rice, and an ube shake.
