Anchorage Alaska, The Gateway to the Frontier!

In this Episode: Straying from our RV content once again, but this time in a completely different way! Rachel and I have left the kids and dogs at home, and flew to Anchorage Alaska! We’re doing this in the middle of winter! Why you ask? It’s all in this episode, well not all of it, but even if it was just this one; it was so worth it! Anchorage Alaska, The Gateway to the Frontier. We started off at the Earthquake Park, a lucky find, and probably the highlight of the day. The power of nature is extreme, and in no place is that more evident than here. The most powerful earthquake in North America happened here! Our day would then take us to the Anchorage Museum, where we found an immersive cultural experience. The environment in Alaska is one of the harshest imaginable, and people have developed unique strategies to survive up here. The museum gives us all the details of how the natives have lived up here fore thousands of years. I appreciate everyone, wholeheartedly, for following our adventures!
