Unlike the larger primary residence, these homes prioritise practical features that cater specifically to domestic needs, including a separate service access for daily house helpers—a consideration that reflects the expectations of local buyers rather than expatriate lifestyles. Though compact in scale, the villas maintain a refined architectural expression. Open, light-filled interiors are paired with efficient layouts that balance private family spaces with generous communal areas. The design ethos is rooted in affordability and practicality while ensuring that style and comfort remain integral to the living experience.
