July 5th, 2019 - Carmen Estel and Joey Gibson document a massive freedom rally in Hong Kong. 230,000 strong! We waved the American flag in the middle of the rally to show American support for their plight, and the Hong Kongers loved seeing our “freedom” flag there. At 2 times in this live video (first aired on FB live) we were accosted by 2 different white men (later discovered to be Antifa sympathizers), who recognized us from US rallies. They called us racist, amongst other derogatory things. We could not escape these ridiculous labels, even half way around the world. Some of the Hong Kongers did stop and discuss our intentions, and some even wanted to take pictures. Many cheered and had tears in their eyes as we supported them wearing our t-shirts that said #FREEHONGKONG A most powerful experience. One I will never forget. God Bless Hong Kong.
