Hello! Welcome to my YouTube channel. This is my first ever video over here so I hope you will like it. I've never made a cheesecake before so I was quite worried how it will turn out. My boyfriend is a chef who asked me to make a passion fruit cheesecake for his birthday this year. Nothing is simple when it comes to food and living with a professional chef. He asked me to bring a paper and a pen, so I did. He started mumbling some random ingredients out without measurements, and I was just writing them down thinking this is a shopping list.
