Fully compliant to latest IEC 61914 Standard. --------------------------------------- Buckle Strap Cable Cleat --------------------------------------- Parts need for installation with a bracket: Buckle Strap Cable Cleat Rachet Flat-head Screwdriver Uniclip Mounting Bracket Installation Tool Individual Cushion Sleeve Buckle Strap Cable Cleats can be installed around single, trefoil and quad formation cable bundles. 1. Install the Mounting Bracket on the cable tray with the rachet tool. 2. Prepare the Cushion Sleeve for Cable Cleat installation 3. Prepare the Buckle Strap Cable Cleat for installation 4. The Buckle Strap Cable Cleat must be double wrapped, and may be triple wrapped for increased protection. 5. Install the Buckle Strap Cable Cleat over the Cushion Sleeve and Uniclip Mounting Bracket. 6. Use Installation tool to tension the Buckle Strap Cable Cleat. 7. Fold the installation tool over the buckle and use the handle to cut the strap. 8. Insert screwdriver or tool into designated hole in buckle. Make sure the tool-tip sits over the cut-end of the strap. Fold buckle over itself to secure the cable cleat. For higher peak short-circuit current requirements.
