The managing partner of Mission Personal Injury Lawyers, David has recovered millions of dollars for his clients in jury trials and settlements. Over the years it has become harder for younger attorneys to get civil trial experience. ABOTA has recognized this by reducing its jury trial requirement from 20 jury trials, to 10 jury trials, to the current requirement of 7 jury trials to conclusion. Wanting to become an excellent civil jury trial lawyer, David actively sought opportunities to try civil cases and became a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2020 when 10 civil jury trials to conclusion were required.
