In this traditional chicken curry, I used plenty of shallots, ginger & garlic, green chillies, spice powders, and coconut pieces. The aroma and flavor were absolutely delightful! 🌧️🍗 We served this delicious chicken curry with boiled tapioca, making it the ultimate rainy-day comfort meal.
