The thechnique shown takes the patient from extractions to immediate load withing 4-6 hours. The prosthetic solution used is a hybrid reinforced with co-cr bar plasma welded within the premises. That allows us to try the bar in the same day and if wanted to fit the permanent bridge too. We have been using this kind of technique with great results and incredible patient satisfaction. The patients normally use it as a permanent and in many cases they keep it for 2 years (due to financials). We advise to make a new one after six months of implant placement. The immediate one can be relined and kept as spare.
