Playa Tres Tubos in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico Playa Tres Tubos is a hidden beach in the neighborhood of Joyuda in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico with easy beach access from Route 102. There are several small, dirt parking areas across the road along Route 102 between a couple high rise condominium buildings. The narrow walkway is easy to miss from the road. If the parking areas are full, then this tiny, hidden beach is full, too. Remember to bring your umbrella and beverages, there is no shade or amenities on this beach.
