At the end of the process of building a pedal it's critical to check your work. The tiniest of errors can lead to a pedal being returned back to Germany for repairs, or worse replacement. With shipping costs, unit costs, repair work + time involved, it's critical to get it right first time. That's where Quality Control comes in. I'm no saint, there is the odd unit returned to Empty Head HQ, but that number has been extremely minimal (actually non existent the last half a year) as I've put in place certain protocols in place whilst working through each of the different pedals to safeguard as much as possible against human error. Here I run through those fundamental steps with The External / Internal pedal.
