Expectations are at an all-time high as the Tigers are preseason ranked No. 1 by the USA Today Coaches Poll and Perfect Game, enters the year as the consensus betting favorite to win their ninth national title. Opening Weekend: LSU vs. Milwaukee The Tigers host the Panthers for a three-game series to begin their title defense. Streaming Information: All games are available on SEC Network+ via the ESPN app. Promotions: Today's game features a pre-game Fan Fest and a 2025 National Championship Pennant giveaway for the first 1,000 fans. 2026 Season Expectations & Roster Highlights Head coach Jay Johnson returns 19 players from the 2025 championship squad and has supplemented the roster with an elite transfer class.
