In todays installment, we tested our freedom to record on the public sidewalk outside this In n Out burger location during the busy dinner rush. The drive thru line stretched down the street the entire time before even getting to the property. We had plenty of encounters from various customers & employees during our time here. The employee came out to where we were to inform us that they weren't allowed to allow us to record the operations of the establishment. My main issue I had with their operations was that they didn't seem to enforce their signage posted stating not to block the driveway for pedestrian access. When customers made contact with me asking why I was recording, I advised them of the signage posted & most of them were oblivious to it. I mentioned to other employees of the concern, and after a while they seemed to do a slight better job at keeping the sidewalk open to foot traffic for a while.
