Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Orange juice fresh 400ml -Lemon juice 3-4 tbs -Cornflour 4-5 tbs or as required -Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 2 -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste -Orange food color few drops -Ice cubes -Olper’s dairy cream 400ml -Icing sugar ½ Cup or to taste -Orange essence ¼ tsp -Orange slice -Mint leaves Directions: -Saucepan mein orange juice,lemon juice,cornflour,anday ki zardi aur cheeni dal dein aur ingredients ko ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Chulha on karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein,orange food color dal dein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye garha ho janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes). -Bowl mein nikal lein aur surface ko cling film sa cover ker lein aur room temperature per thanda ker lein phir 3-4 hours kliya refrigerator mein rakh dein. -Refrigerator sa nikal lein aur hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Large bowl mein ice cubes dal dein aur upper sa ek aur bowl rakh dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein. -Icing sugar aur orange essence dal dein aur stiff peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein. -Whipped cream ka 1/3rd portion ko piping bag mein transfer ker lein. -Remaining whipped cream mein tayyar orange mixture dal ker ache tarhan fold ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein. -Serving cups mein orange mousse aur whipped cream ki layer laga ker excess cream ko scrape ker lein. -Orange slices aur podina sa garnish ker lein & thanda serve karein!
