First Time Backpackers Try to Hike 5 Days in the Mountains | GRP Monts de Vaucluse

The History Hikers are back. And for the first time ever we’re sharing a long distance hike with you all. This is the GRP Monts de Vaucluse, set in the Vaucluse mountains (duh) in the Provence in France. It’s a region filled with thrilling history, beautiful nature and plenty of adventure. For 5 days we’d be lumbering through the wild with our backpacks, going from historical town to historical town and savoring the experiences along the way. And we’re taking you along! We go from Saumane-de-Vaucluse to Venasque, Murs, Gordes, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and back to Saumane. At least that’s the plan. Fingers crossed there are no hiccups!
