We’d like to know your thoughts about the minor traffic violation in Grand Rapids, MI – was it worth pulling over Patrick Loyoya for a “license plate mismatch” which ended in him being shot point blank in the back of the head? Often times minor traffic stops escalate – quickly from a minor traffic violation to someone dying. In the last 5 years police officers have killed more than 400 motorists who neither had: A gun - Nor a knife ... Nor were involved in a high-speed pursuit ... But, as we said, have ended up dead at the hands of law enforcement officers. Is this a case of race profiling? Over-policing especially in communities of color?
