Here is the Part 2 of Dhalsim's Guide, probably the most Important part for those who are already using Dhalsim lol I covered his BnBs, Combos with Supers, Meatys and Setups, and some Stun Combos at the end. After playing Dhalsim for about 2 weeks, I believe he is very strong, I still struggle against some matchups but I feel that the gap between the bad matchups is not huge so in my opinion he is very strong and fun but you need to have great defense (DI reaction, use Perfect Parry and Antiair reactions) because you want to avoid having the opponent rushing you to the corner, this is why his worst matchup is Ken lol.
