In this video, I show you how to make two classic Pisco cocktails that are out of this world. Pisco is a delicate and delicious spirit with some very iconic cocktails that primarily use Pisco as the base, such as the Chilcano and the Pisco Punch Cocktail. In both of these I used Peruvian Pisco but you can also certainly swap in Chilean Pisco if that is what you have on hand. Either way you do it, it is sure to delight your guests.
