The Alliance for Better Utah filed a complaint against Utah Senate President Stuart Adams, alleging a series of violations of campaign finance reporting requirements. The complaint was filed Thursday afternoon. According to the complaint, for 14 years, Adams has hidden the true recipients of campaign spending and PAC spending under credit card companies and banking institutions. It accuses Adams of failing to disclose the final destinations of 232 campaign expenditures totaling $428,000 over 14 years.
