The man who pled no contest to second-degree murder for a drunk driving crash that killed 8-month-old Lucia Seifried received a 13-and-a-half year prison sentence on Tuesday. In April 2025, Allegan County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) deputies arrested then 56-year-old Martin resident Terry Lee Boss at the scene of a drunk driving crash that killed 8-month-old Lucia Seifried after a white pickup truck sideswiped another vehicle, lost control and struck her and her family. In an exclusive one-on-one interview with News Channel 3 following the sentencing, Lucia parents, Matthew and Rebecca said Lucia was perfect.
