Line it up on punch board at 1 1/2" punch and score, then slide to 2 3/4" punch and score. Turn and do the same on the second and third sides. On last side, just punch but don't score on the first one. Punch and score on the last one. The strip to go around is 5 1/2" x 1 7/8" OPTION #2 - rectangle of paper is 3 3/4" x 4 3/4". On shorter side score at 1" and 2 3/4", On longer side score at 1" and 2".
