Baofeng CT9 FRS distance test July 2023

Did a distance test under real conditions of these .5w FRS radios. They performed out of line of sight up to 1.5 kms. I will also add that on receive only I had approx. 96 hours of on time, that was with squelch closed. Great little radios and very easy to use for around the house or property.
