Concrete Jungle - An Original Work by The TENG Ensemble

Fusing the traditional with modern pop production elements in "Concrete Jungle", Composer and Producer Evan Low was initially inspired by the repetitive nature and sound of Singapore's MRT train tracks. He thought of blending the more synthetic elements of the song with the more organic musical instruments in the ensemble. The train tracks themselves are rather organic in nature (wood and metal), but the consistent mechanical nature of the train makes it behave/sound in a very predictable way.
