To Fix This World, We First Must Work On Ourselves

The Dalai Lama famously said, “The world will be saved by the western women.” Guess what, it's time for us to step up and save the world. But first we must pull ourselves out of flight or fight mode, break down the narrative that has been told with the purpose of holding us in place. To do that, we must not fear being in our own heads long enough to process our thoughts and see through the noise. We will start with 3 by 3 box breathing. We are on a journey, this will take time, but it is time well spend because this journey to calm our nervous systems leads to being better in every role we carry, including saving this world.
