August Construction Update We’re thrilled to be back with another update. After a brief break, Cody is refreshed and ready, bringing you a brand-new comprehensive video showcasing the latest progress. We’ve reached an exciting milestone - work is now underway on the TOP FLOOR! Preparations for the steel works and concrete slab pour are in full swing, with another floor of formwork already taking shape. All structural work on the lower levels is complete, and we’ve moved on to internal fire-walls and framing. The roof will be on before you know it, keeping us right on track for a Q3 2025 completion. The Magnolia building is shaping up to be a masterpiece, both inside and out, with facilities in the Laguna Waters development that are truly second to none. 75% of units are now secured but we have an excellent range of 2 and 3 beds on offer for your consideration.
