The brand new Ibanez range is here for 2017. We were lucky enough to be invited to Ibanez HQ to put a couple of the new models through their paces. Here Dagan takes a look at the Iron Label RGIR30. These bad boys are made for metal. Solid mahogany body with a 3 piece maple and bubinga neck accompanied with a bound rosewood fretboard. Locking tuners ensure you stay in tune throughout. The electronics is where this beast comes to life. Equipped with two EMG pickups (81 & 60), a three-way selector switch, one volume pot and a kill switch. The model Dagan is playing utilises a Gibraltor string through fixed bridge but is also available with a floating trem system and a seven string.
