They are all clad in Toronto Maple Leaf jerseys,(good move) and John proceeds to introduce them as if they were a hockey team. (The previous night, John and the band had played at The Forum, in Montreal. I wonder if they had worn Canadiens sweaters out on stage that night). The band is the same as 1978 and 1979: Hal Blaine, Emory Gordy, Jr., James Burton, Jim Horn, Glen D. Hardin, Herb Pedersen, Denny Brooks, Renee Armand-Horn, and Danny Wheetman. 35-High Sierra (bluegrass instrumental) 36-Grandma's Feather Bed 37-Back Home Again 38-Rocky Mountain High 39-"It's my show, folks." John says. 40-The Eagle & The Hawk 41-Calypso 42-extended applause 43-John thanks everyone who works to make the concert happen and run smoothly: ushers, cooks, cops, riggers (so nothing falls on anyone). 44-This Old Guitar 45-"Good night everybody. God bless you all," John says. John leaves the stage. The 1980 tour was one of the biggest to that date. From February through September, John Denver did 109 concerts in 89 cities around North America.
