A group of friends and I built a couple DIY railroad speeders. We'd heard that the Eagle Mountain Railroad was getting scrapped. Talk about losing a piece of history...what a tragedy! So, we figured, time was of the essence.... Despite the 91 degree F weather, we headed out there. We figured we'd get out to the track, ride it, and document as much as possible before it's gone. Yes, this is a long video, but we're hoping that people can use it to ride the rails by video long after the track is gone. We hope railroading fans enjoy this slice of our history. It pinched together and was hard to get through on the speeder.
