Case 1 Urinary bladder: Normal in outline. Wall thickness is within normal limit. No demonstrable intravesical lesion is seen. Aorta, IVC, and other abdominal vessels are normal. No ascites or Lymphadenopathy is noted in abdomen and pelvis. Uterus: Bulky in size and anteverted in position. Endometrium: Thickness is normal. Echogenicity is normal. Cervical position is well visualized but not well visualized in the body. Myometrium: Shows a heterogenous echotexture in the body. Hypoechoic solid mass lesion measuring 7.13 X 5.8 cm is Extending from anterior myometrium of the body of the uterus. Ovary: Both ovaries are normal in size, shape and echogenicity. Cul-de-Sac: Free from any fluid collection. 1. Fibroid Uterus anterior subserous 2. FIGO classification of uterine fibroids according to Munro et al. (2011). Fibroid types 6 (Sub serosal, 50% intramural) Case 2 Uterus: Is normaol in size, measuring 9.94 cm x 5.19 cm x 5.95 cm. Endometrium: Is normal in thickness (3.5 mm.) Which corresponds her phase of menstruation. No any GS or product of concept seen within the endometrium Myometrium: Shows heterogenous echotexture in the body and fundus. Cervical Myometrium is homogenous and uniform. There are multiple tiny isoechoic, hypoechoic and mixed nodular solid mass lesion of varying size and shapes seen the region of the body and fundus of the uterus. The masses also show posterior acoustic shadowing. Right Ovary: Normal in size. Cystic lesions are noted within the right ovary. Measuring 3.36 cm. Left Ovary: Not present. H/O Operation. Pouch of Doglus: Free of any fluid collection. Comment: Fibroid uterus(multiple tiny fibroid) with Rt ovarian cyst.
