4K Drone video – From Castel Telvana passing Saturnia to Civita di Bagnoregio, this is exquisite!

This is a compilation of various beautiful places in Italy I’ve passed and visited on my trip, I’ve posted the most important info in order with the video timeline: Castel Telvana is a fortification that stands on the slope of Mount Ciolino, built on a strategic position the castle had an important function in controlling the Roman Via Claudia Augusta Altinate . It is situated just north of the town of Borgo Valsugana, of which a large part was destroyed in a huge fire in 1862 as buildings were largely built by wood. A series of photographs follows where I was on my way to the Dolomites through beautiful valleys surrounded by high mountains, with a stunning timelapse from my balcony at my stay at Nonostantetutto B & B in Pieve di Cadore on my way back from Tre Cime di Lavaredo. The warm waters of Saturnia now also known as Mills Falls, were well-known by first the Etruscans and later the Romans. In fact, they believed them to be a gift from the gods. Saturnia's thermal baths are bubbling waters seeping through the Earth's crust and are rich in mineral deposits, especially sulphur which gives it a slightly "eggy" smell. The water has a temperature of 37.5 °C and therapeutic and relaxing properties. Civita di Bagnoregio’s ia an absolute gem in Italy and I didn’t get the opportunity to fly my drone for aerial photos & video. It’s layout is based on a cardo and decumanus orthogonal street system according to the Etruscan and Roman use, while the entire architectural cladding is of medieval and Renaissance origin. Civita is a hilltop village in central Italy which you enter by the Porta Santa Maria gateway. The Romanesque San Donato Church that was founded in the 7th century sits in the main square. Nearby is the Geological and Landslides Museum which exhibits documented projects to shore up the village's eroding hillside, as it is famously known as "the dying city". It is a member of the I Borghi più belli d'Italia ("The most beautiful villages of Italy") association. Norma is a commune in the Province of Latina in the Italian region Lazio, located about 50 kilometres southeast of Rome and on the edge of a high cliff. I spent my last night in Norma Old Town and when leaving the next morning, enjoyed the beauty of the Gardens of Ninfa at the bottom of the mountain pass, a sight not to be missed.
