2018 NPC UNIVERSE | BIKINI | SHOW DAY VLOG

On June 29, 2018, I competed in my first National bikini competition. Although I have been competing a little over a year, this was my first attempt at going 'pro'. I won't spoil what happens :) I thought it would be neat to give an inside peak to what it is like on show day. My journey into fitness has been inspired by my need for a healthier lifestyle as well as balance outside of pushing myself to just work all of the time. I urge all ambitious women, especially entrepreneurs to pursue hobbies and things outside of work that helps light that fire.
