One of the pitfalls in our spiritual journey that most of us fall into is subtle yet very powerful and sabotages our spiritual growth and evolution. It is "my way". There are many ways towards spiritual growth and evolution and there are paths that are more resonant for us. Yet, this subtle way of navigating is something we are often not conscious of. Ruchika Mehta is a Psychospiritual teacher oriented towards integrating psychology and spirituality to enrichen our daily life. I am trained as a psychotherapist practicing for almost 20 years.
