Hey y'all! Today's upload is a 30 MINUTE EVENING YOGA SEQUENCE for better sleep. Allowing your body to stretch and wind down before bed may help improve your sleeping habits. I have a couple of other bedtime yoga sequences, but I had been getting requests to create more so this is the newest one. This practice includes hip openers, neck stretches, and more to help you release whatever may have been building up throughout the day. There's also a nice lengthy Savasana. The screen goes dark for 5 minutes after I recite the affirmations. This is to try to give you a chance to drift off into sleep or to further relax your body as you prepare for bed. Feel free to skip this part if you aren't quite ready to fall asleep. Let me know what you think about the music for this video.
