Hey Guys! I thought I would do something a little different than normal to see what you think. I decided to make this self-hypnosis have a really long section of just the music after I'm done talking to see if it helps you get deeper sleep. I'd love your feedback. Would you like even longer ones or stick to the short ones? If you do want longer ones, do you want me to talk more in them? This recording is to help you drift into a calming and deep sleep so that you wake up feeling refreshed, energized, and ready for your day. As always, never listen to this recording while driving or operating heavy machinery. This recording should be listened to while your in bed and ready to fall asleep. I do put affirmations in this recording and remind you that if you need to wake up that you're able to, otherwise it is time to sleep deeply and peacefully. I talk until about 27:30 into the recording and then the remainder is music to help you continue to fall into a deep sleep. The beginning is a progressive relaxation with you letting relaxation flow through you and tightening and releasing your muscles progressively from your head down.
